The crisis of modern job boards
Online hiring has deteriorated into a volume game. Automated scrapers copy outdated listings, creating “ghost jobs” that collect resumes for non-existent openings. Candidates spend hours tailoring applications only to receive automated rejections or complete silence.
Employers, overwhelmed by thousands of bot-generated submissions, install aggressive keyword filters that reject qualified candidates before a human ever reads their story.
The RolePact counter-position
RolePact is not an inventory aggregator. We do not scrape the web. Every role on RolePact is backed by a verified legal entity with an active hiring budget and a named hiring representative.
When a candidate applies, an immutable 72-hour review clock starts. The hiring team commits to providing an explicit decision (Interested, Rejected, or a Reasoned Hold) within 72 hours.
Candidate privacy as an architectural default
We believe candidate CVs should never be treated as tradeable data or bulk inventory. Candidate profiles are never sold, indexed by public search engines, or exported as bulk files.
Employers review candidate profiles inside RolePact under session-specific cryptographic watermarks. If an employer misuses applicant data, the audit trail is undeniable.
