The RolePact standard

Hiring should come with obligations.

RolePact is built around genuine opportunities, protected candidate records, accountable human review and visible decisions.

Public information · no account required
01

Verified opportunities

Organisations must identify the legal entity behind every role. A RolePact administrator reviews organisation evidence before roles can be published, and each submitted role receives its own verification decision.

  • No speculative talent pooling presented as an active vacancy.
  • No role may remain searchable after it closes or the organisation is suspended.
  • Materially misleading role information can be reported and removed.
02

Human decisions within 72 hours

An employer member must open every application and record interested, rejected or a reasoned hold within 72 hours. A hold grants one bounded extension and remains visible to the candidate.

RolePact records response speed and on-time decisions. Persistent non-response can reduce visibility or pause a role.

03

Protected candidate records

Employers receive an individual, attributed HTML view of the CV submitted for that application. RolePact provides no employer PDF, DOCX or bulk candidate export and does not position operating-system capture as technically impossible.

04

No automated rejection

RolePact is designed for a person to review evidence and own the decision. Employers may use ordinary accessibility or productivity tools, but must not bulk-score or automatically reject applicants from protected RolePact data.

05

Accountability and enforcement

Protected views, application decisions, interviews, safety reports and administrator actions are attributed. Members can raise a confidential concern from their account.
