Identity and access
Role search, role details, candidate information, applications and interviews always require an authenticated account. Employer access is tied to an organisation membership; interview rooms are limited to the application candidate and that organisation’s authenticated members.
Interview conduct
- No harassment, discrimination, sexual content, threats or pressure to communicate outside a safe professional channel.
- No recording, transcription or external observer without every participant’s clear prior agreement.
- No requests for money, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information during an interview.
Leave the room immediately if you feel unsafe. Use emergency services where there is imminent danger; RolePact is not an emergency service.
Privacy and candidate data
Candidate records must be used only for the application they accompany. Employers may not scrape, bulk-copy, resell, enrich or feed protected CV data into an automated screening system.
Confidential reporting
Signed-in members can report a role, organisation, application process or interview. The reported party does not see the reporter’s identity through the product. Administrators record review and resolution actions in an internal audit.

RolePact may return a role for changes, remove it, suspend an organisation or restrict an account when evidence shows a breach. Reports are assessed fairly; bad-faith or retaliatory reporting is itself a standards breach.
